K&P Engineering is announcing the release of two new products aimed at the racing industry. The new S11 and S12 filters are Extreme Duty versions of the S1 and S2 high performance filters that are already well known in racing circles. A strong, high flow reinforcing core adds strength to the removable filter element for those applications that create high amounts of debris. The extra strength helps prevent physical damage and adds to a user’s ability to accurately “read” the debris layers that can accumulate on the surface of the filter media. ![]()

| MTC ENGINEERING KEEPS PACE WITH INDUSTRY NEEDS Monday, August 29, 2011 Motorcycle drag racing is constantly changing. It’s dynamic! For nearly fifty years, MTC Engineering has been a leader in the High Performance parts industry. Every racer knows that, to remain competitive, you have to constantly tune and refine your bike. MTC understands this and maintains a close relationship with their network of dealers, engine builders and sponsored race teams. A working relationship between a high performance parts manufacturer and the users of those parts is essential. Bill Warner, world land speed record holder, when asked why he uses MTC pistons and clutches in his Haybusa responded, “Because I have less to worry about at 311 mph”. Kory Hogan, the world’s fastest Dragbike racer, knows he can rely on MTC products because, like Warner, his team has had direct input to their design and manufacturing.
